Step 1: Please connect with us on (email ID) within 12 hours of placing your orders.
Step 2: Provide us with the entire order detail including order ID and your reason for raising the request to replacement or exchange.
Step 3: We will initiate your request on same day and will send the new order you have requested.
In case of receiving wrong products :
- Contacts us on (email ID)
- Send us the picture/image/photo of the item received.
- If the product is received not as per your orders we will reship the correct product for you.
Reshipment will not be done if the product is :
- Damaged or torn products.
- Misused or used products.
- Products without the actual packaging.
- If the actual serial number of the product is damaged.
- Request initiated after 10 days of receiving the product.
- In case if the product has been purchased during any marketing campaigns, sale, discount offers.
Refunds :
- Refunds will be provide for all the undelivered order after 30 days from the day of shipment.
- Damaged in transist products.
